The Story

I'm a Bangladesh-based full stack developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade web and mobile applications. My work centres on the modern JavaScript stack — Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node.js — with a deep focus on performance, clean architecture and pixel-perfect interfaces.

I started as a MERN-stack developer, shipping single-page apps and responsive interfaces for agencies. That work taught me what breaks at scale, and it pushed me toward building products of my own rather than just pages for others.

So I founded XiomTech. It began as a single point-of-sale product and grew into six SaaS platforms — POS, HRM, Accounts and more — serving clients across Bangladesh, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and beyond. The hardest problem wasn't the feature list; it was unreliable connectivity at retail outlets, which we solved with an offline-first sync engine that buffers transactions locally and reconciles automatically.

Today I split my time between XiomTech and MioxDhropic, my AI and SaaS consultancy, where I help founders turn ideas into shipped products. I'm especially interested in where LLMs stop being a demo and start being infrastructure — agent pipelines, workflow routers and automations that quietly do real work.
